OUR TEAM

TGBN Mergers & Acquisitions was originally founded by Natalie Tanne and Anthony Glinatsis as TG Business Negotiators Pty Ltd.  The change of name represented the directional evolution from a business brokerage house to a boutique corporate advisory specialising in all aspects of business for sale transactions.

The core focus of TGBN is to introduce both international and local investors to profitable well-established businesses with legitimate financial records. Our reputation, integrity and discretion have been the basis on which our business thrives.  Our qualified and experienced corporate advisory team is as follows:

Natalie Tanne brings over 25 years of experience to the area of assisting clients in buying a business and selling a business. During her sustained career Natalie has held a position as Marketing Director to a large media group in South Africa and has been advisor at a board level to a number of companies primarily involved in industries such as manufacture & consumer products, import & export as well as wholesale and distribution. Natalie has worked internationally introducing investors from all over the globe and has built a solid reputation in her industry based on results.

Anthony Glinatsis is passionate about his clients and profession.  His objective is to always add value and follow through with a highly personalized service.  He is responsible and a firm believer in accountability.  

Anthony has been in business sales since 1993.  His experience is both broad and deep.  His primary focus is on hospitality, healthcare, retail and personnel/recruitment industries.  He is committed to his clients and is well regarded in the industry. Over the last 3 years, Anthony has been instrumental in advising and selling some of Australia’s most well-known businesses. From helping Australian companies to multi-nationals grow their share of the global market via acquisition, Anthony has established himself with firm feet in Sydney. Most recently, he helped see a client increase turnover from $10m per annum to $120m, via strategic acquisitions.
