May I take this opportunity to thank you for your dealings with regards to our successful purchase of Five Star Interactive. During our two year search to find a REAL business we encountered many and varied business brokers ranging from the atrocious to the barely acceptable. Natalie you are in a league of your own, your professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to genuinely help both the purchaser and the vendor is unique. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend your services to both prospective vendors and purchasers.

This is just a short note to thank you for the work you did in helping me to find a business that works well with my financial goals, and also fits so well with my personality. I know it took a long time to move from our first meeting to final completion, but the experience was pleasant along the way, and we all got the result we were looking for. I think on reflection that one of the most important points in buying a business is that you get on with the current owners, and that they get on with you. I know that if there was a conflict involved the whole process, including the hand over would have been a real struggle, and would have impacted negatively on the business. Again thanks for your help, and I will certainly call you when it's my turn to retire and put my feet up.

Over the past 12 years I have bought and sold three NSW based businesses in the $0.5m - $6.0m range. This experience has given me an appreciation of the services available (or as is often the case not available) from the business broking community. I have come to realise there are very few Sydney based brokers who offer good service when dealing with this size business. Originally I met Natalie when seeking details for a particular business she had listed for sale. When it became obvious the business did not suit my needs she was honest and perceptive enough to agree. A few years later we looked at another business and both quickly agreed we were dealing with a time wasting and unrealistic vendor. Subsequently I bought a business via another broker and when the time came to sell he had passed on so I met a local broker and also contacted Natalie. The local firm seemed unsure how to value my company, asked irrelevant questions, and gave me no confidence that they could close a deal. Natalie immediately gave a value (from memory $300,000 above the other agents figure and told me she could have it sold that afternoon). Now it did take a little longer than a day to sell, but it was completed in 4 weeks at the price she originally gave me. Even allowing for it being a very "marketable business", this is a fast turnaround. In that time she showed the business to approximately 10 prospective buyers, and the majority of these were well-qualified people who asked intelligent and relevant questions. At the meetings she neither dominated the proceedings (which would have been unwise) nor left it to buyer and seller, but instead steered matters to a conclusion and acted as the catalyst to make things happen. How would I select a business broker? Choose someone I felt comfortable with regarding personality, ethics etc, and who had good contacts in the business community. Someone who knows how to value a business will not waste time on unrealistic vendors and buyers and above all a person who has that elusive quality of being able to CLOSE a deal. I'd recommend Natalie

TGBN sold my business in the IT Recruitment industry. Given the specialised nature of the business, it was sold in a very short period of time and for a price that exceeded my expectations and industry benchmarks. I am very careful on my recommendations and can seriously recommend TGBN for their contacts, professionalism, determination and constant feedback in rewarding me with the maximum return for my business.

As soon as I met with Anthony at TGBN my nerves and questions were put at ease and answered. They are a very professional, supportive and patient company and always felt that they were looking after my best interests, and never felt pressured into anything I did not want. I have started a Cafe in North Sydney on Miller Street and couldnot be happier. All my ideas and requirements were answered by the team at TGBN. "Thank you for everything and for finding the right place and business for me... I can't wait to do more business with you in the future."
